ABOUT JESS DIEZ

My fitness journey began several years ago when I realised I needed to make a change. I was heavily overweight and leading a very sedentary lifestyle, and feeling the impact of this both physically and emotionally.  I was nervous to begin, but motivated by the hope that I could turn things around.

 

I started working out at a gym and soon met lots of others like me; not professional athletes and body-builders, but friendly people determined to make a positive change to their lives.  I quickly made some great friends and this strong support team motivated me.  I learned to push myself and saw incremental changes, which over time added up to a big change in my mind and body. It was a pivotal experience that ignited a passion in me for the transformative power of fitness and the importance of community.

 

Fast forward to 2019 and it was time for me to share this passion and use it professionally. I completed my diploma in Personal Training and since then have had the privilege of working with incredible people; motivating, encouraging and pushing them to make the positive changes they want in their own fitness journeys.  

 

I continue to challenge myself with the encouragement of my community and have completed a half marathon and a powerlifting competition, proving to myself that I can persevere, build my confidence and accomplish new physical goals.  Contact me about your own fitness goals, no matter what they might be, because with dedication and a little bit of support, there's no limit to what you can achieve!
